Farangis Rafat has bachelor in public policy and administration from kabul university, with two years of experience working with international organizations as Monitoring and evaluation specialist with World bank TAGHIR project and as data and document management assistant with international rescue committee and currently working as emergency response officer with international rescue beside these experience my two researches publish at national level about history of public policy and administration in Afghanistan and Afghanistan ministries organization culture, I also participated in three international model united nation conferences and blessedly I could achieved special commendation award among 1201 delegates from 89 countries.
