About CAPS

About

The Centre for Afghanistan Policy Studies (CAPS) is an independent, non-partisan and not-for-profit think tank working as a centre of excellence and a network of Afghan professionals in diaspora with the aim to connect Afghanistan with knowledge and expertise. CAPS works towards strengthening democracy, rule of law, and sustainable development as well as building an inclusive Afghan society. We work as a bridge to connect Afghanistan with knowledge and expertise.

Mission

CAPS will work to provide a platform for political and public policy debates, conduct independent research and analysis of varied policy issues and provide capacity development and other services to the government of Afghanistan, national institutions and civil society as well as international organizations. It aims to link Afghan diaspora professional around the world to contribute to rebuilding of their society.

مرکز مطالعات پالیسی های افغانستان یک شبکه از متخصصین افغانستان است که بمثابه یک نهاد مستقل و به هدف راه اندازی مطالعات استراتیژیک، تدویر کنفرانس های علمی و ارزیابی پالیسی های بخش های مختلف از طریق بسیج ظرفیت های افغانها برای آوردن صلح و ثبات، تقویت دموکراسی و رشد و توسعه پایدار افغانستان ایجاد گردیده است. مرکز فعالیت خود را از شهر لندن آغاز نموده و مصمم است تا با استفاده از ظرفیت های هموطنان متعهد چه در خارج و چه در داخل کشور و همچنین سایر افراد ذیعلاقه به مسایل افغانستان بمثابه یک پل ارتباط و یک نهاد همه شمول زمینه سهمگیری افغانها را در فرایند آبادی و شگوفای افغانستان میسر سازد
